William W. Weber founded the firm in 1968 and is currently Of Counsel. Attorney Weber practices in the areas of real estate, land use, probate, estate planning and business transactions. He is a graduate of Trinity College and the Cornell University Law School where he served on the Board of Editors of the Law Review. Attorney Weber is a past Director, Secretary and Chair of New Britain General Hospital and the Connecticut Health Alliance , an integrated healthcare system. He is a past director of CATIC Insurance Company and CATIC Financial where he served as the Chair of its Governance Committee. Attorney Weber has served as a State Prosecutor, Corporate Counsel to the Towns of Berlin and New Britain and the Mattabassett District Regional Sewer Authority. Attorney Weber has served on the American Hospital Association Committee on Governance and its Region 1 Board, as President of the New Britain Chamber of Commerce, as Chair of the New Britain Downtown District, as Director of the New Britain National Bank, as Chair of the New Britain Public Library, as a member of a Town Charter Revision Committee and as a member of the New Britain Civil Service Commission. Currently he serves as a Director of the CATIC Foundation, a member of the Town of Southington’s Ordinance Committee, a member of the Town of Southington’s Commission for Persons with Disabilities and as a member of the Executive Committee of the City Mission Society of Meriden.
